Hi, I'm Jon. I'm a hard working mature professional looking for a room to rent. I'm quiet and respectful and I keep pretty regular hours (bed around pm and up around 6am). I'm clean and good sharing household chores. I'm also pretty handy. If the room is in a house by owner, I'm able to do handiwork and yardwork to at to what I'm able to contribute financially. I'm splitting up with my partner who owns the house we live in and I'm looking for a place to stay while I figure things out.
