My name is Liam Tan, I’m a -year-old professional moving to San Diego for a new role as an Executive with MoneyGram. I’m a clean, respectful tenant with a history of always rent on time. My dad is a landlord, and I’ve helped him with property management, so I understand the importance of being a reliable tenant.

A little about me: I enjoy staying active through running, martial arts, yoga/pilates, and swimming. I also love reading, movies, and music (rock, alternative, metal, electronic, and jazz). I keep things low-key, am sociable, and don’t drink, smoke, or use drugs. Cleanliness and being considerate with roommates are very important to me.

I’m looking for a move-in around and, since I’m currently out of state (in Utah), I’d be happy to schedule a video tour if possible.
