I have two rooms available to rent, but I am only renting one. We are located in the Gilbert area in a lovely neighborhood. You must be easy to get along with, responsible, and clean. No kids or pets, please. We are conveniently located near stores, restaurants, the San Tan Mall, and major freeways. There will be a first and last payment to initiate the service.
