Utilities are included in rent, and looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, and clean. Room also comes with perks of condo living: pool, parking, trash, plowing, landscaping. In the condo, new appliances. Some areas of the place are works in progress. Tenant must be able to get along with animals in the household ( dog). Happy to discuss more and answer questions.
