🚗 There are only 2 parking spots for the unit, and they’re currently taken — so you’d need to find street parking or other options.
🐾 Sorry, no pets.
🛠️ There’s a $ roommate fee, and you’ll also need to fill out a short form with our property management company.

📅 Move-in date is late August or September 1st.
