I'm Michael, a thirty three year old logistics and real estate professional, and I am seeking two respectful, professional adult room mates to cohabitate my ba Green Valley Ranch house, great for frequent travelers, close to DIA, great access to public transportation, and only minutes from downtown.

Utilities costs are fully included in the rent, additional
fees may apply for pets and special situations, all
negotiable. Flexible move in dates between September 1 and October 1.

There are two spaces available in this split level home. One is a private lower level with a private entrance, private bathroom, and 1 included garage parking space. The other option includes TWO small bedrooms upstairs, and a private bathroom, ideal for someone who requires a home office, or a private entertainment space. The middle level is the kitchen, balcony, primary living room, shared laundry and powder room. This would be a common space, cleaned and maintained by everyone.

I will be very selective with who I rent to; I'm hoping for responsible, respectful roommates. Please no hard conservatives or Trump supporters.. we just won't get along.
