ROOMMATE NEEDED ASAP

URGENT ROOMMATE NEEDED! Hey everyone, me and my roommate (Both of us are F) are looking for a 3rd person to replace the roommate that moved out in a bath apartment. The room for rent is in the pictures below. Unfortunately we had a potential roommate that fell through last minute and need someone ASAP because the new lease starts September 1st and ends August . Rent is $ + Utilities (electric gas and wifi) that is split between everyone. We are preferably looking for other grad students/ working professionals as we are both Law students that go to Duquesne. We do have a cat named Karma, pictured below, who is very cuddly and sweet, unfortunately though we cannot have another cat because she hates them LOL. There is FREE parking in the back and front and coin op laundry in the basement. We have central AC and heating. The apt is directly on the bus line for etc. Cmu and pitt are a min bus ride away and Duquesne is a min drive. There is also target aldi whole foods giant eagle and trader joe’s nearby. The apartment is located in the highland park area. Pls message me or comment if you are interested in moving soon because we really need someone ASAP!
