Master bedroom for rent- (Photos of room to come soon, I have been using it as an art studio until now) $ plus half utilities and half internet. Includes master bedroom with two closets and private half bath. Full bathroom is shared. Private parking space, and HUGE garage for storage. Fenced yard. Must be approved by landlord. *pet friendly* Move in available ASAP! Lease until end of November, then month to month.

About me: year-old professional. Loves art, fall, cooking, baking, anything outdoorsy, dog training, reading, smoking meat, etc. Would love someone with similar interests! Non LDS standards.

I do have a dog, she gets along great with dogs and cats alike! Would be okay inviting another animal in if it is a good fit. I do occasionally dog sit others as well(a few days a year). I am allergic to most cats, so that would have to be case by case basis.

Household energy: I want the vibe to feel like a shared house, not just a room. As sure you can see, I am pretty well established, I have all the main household furniture and items. It would be great for someone just starting out who doesn't have main household essentials. But I am actively downsizing to make sure you feel at home and can decorate as well! It is a duplex, I am good friends with the neighbors, we have a fire a few times a month. We love community living, the neighbors and I have been working to create shared dinners, let eachothers dogs out, ect. Would prefer someone thats down for the same!
