Room With Private Bath

GREETINGS EVERYONE!!

I am a Forty Two years old women hoping to find an unfurnished room with a private bath, I dont have pets or kids, I work days a week, i am a very private person, very clean and extremely respectful of my surroundings, i eat healthy and Love my coffee in the morning, I try to get in some work out when I get a chance, I also love to sneak in a movie when i can, but work and financial stability is a PRIORITY!!
Very rarely do I have visitors,
I love jazz, blues, a newly converted country lover,
I dont follow any religion, tho I am very spiritual and respectful of others believes as long as the respect is mutual!!
I loved dogs and cats i just cant have any right now as work comes first!! If you have any I can love on, that would be AWESOME!!
I am hoping to find a room where the utilities/wifi/cable is included in the total rent price which will aid in my ability to prioritize monthly bills.
I am very caring, respectful and a great listener, respect and appreciate the value of privacy !!
