Room for rent Female preferred

Private furnished bedroom in owner occupied home. 2 minutes from the Mall of Ga. Access to swimming pool in summer. Access to Entire house. I’m a single father with a young child, therefore I’d only feel comfortable with a female roommate at this time. I currently have one super cool female roommate and hoping to find someone to occupy the room across the hall from hers. Race, religion, sexual orientation or lack there of is never an issue. Must have a job. Must have a vehicle and a valid drivers license. MUST have good hygiene and (please) keep your room CLEAN. No drugs or alcohol in the house. Must be pet friendly.
