$ - Private Room with full size bed for rent. Single occupancy only. Shared full bath. All down a private tenant hallway - 3 bedrooms, full bath.

Security deposit $ - refundable as long as you leave the room in condition you rented it.

Shared kitchen - fully equipped (just bring your own groceries), separate tenant only refrigerator and pantry, On- Laundry, Eat in Kitchen, AC, Heat, WiFi, Propane Grill, Large fenced backyard with patio table w/benches, Curb parking in neighborhood. Outside city limits.

Includes utilities, water, trash, internet . **if electric goes over $ a month (currently $ avg) the amount over will be divided by total number of people in the house and each person will be responsible for a equal share. This is in the lease.

Dog friendly home - we have 4. They bark occasionally they're dogs. They are overall well behaved, crate trained, sleep in our room at night. They are lbs, lbs. All fixed, current on vaccines.

Pet considered on case by case basis. NO cats (owner is very allergic), aggressive breed dogs or large dogs. $ nonrefundable pet deposit.

A background check will be run on all applicants. Do not let this scare you off we understand people have a past. Be upfront and transparent from the start. Our question would be did you learn from it?

There is a drug tolerance. NO illegal drugs or cigarettes. It is grounds for immediate eviction. Vaping outside and in your room is fine.

Pool is currently not available as it needs renovated.

Not handicap accessible.

This is not a party house. It is our home and could be yours. We are a pretty quiet household. Everyone has different schedules.

Lease length: 6 months (will consider longer)
