USC Grad Looking for Housing

Hi! My name is Emily, and I’m currently searching for housing in Los Angeles. I’m years old, just graduated from the University of Southern California (Class of ), and I’ve recently started a full-time job in Burbank.

What I’m looking for:
– Budget: $/month.
– Laundry: Ideally in-unit, but on- is perfectly fine too.
– Parking: On the property is preferred, but I can also work with street parking.
– Roommates: Open to roommates, but I would prefer to live with other women. Not looking for a shared bedroom.
– Move-In Date: Late September or early October (waiting on a few more paychecks before moving).
– Flexibility: I’m open to different setups—room in an apartment, sublease, or a shared home—so long as it’s safe, clean, and welcoming.

A little about me:
I’m responsible, considerate, and very clean. I value keeping common areas tidy, respecting quiet hours, and being mindful of other people’s routines. Right now, I’m commuting from Corona, CA to Burbank for work, so I spend a lot of time on the road and am usually busy during weekdays. When I’m home, I like having a calm and positive space to relax. I also enjoy connecting with the people I live with—I’m friendly, easy to get along with, and I’d love to find a living situation where every another while also being open to building a good roommate relationship.
