1 month sublet, private room with private bathroom, fully furnished with a closet and dresser. There is a garage for storage, an in-unit washer and dryer, and the house has a cat named Mila. Mila is my cat and is very low maintenance, very calm and very friendly. She has a cat door so she comes and goes as she pleases, no litter box, and my roommates will take care of feeding her while I’m gone, she might just want some pets and cuddles if you don’t mind🩷

2 roommates (m/ who travels a lot, will probably be gone for extended periods during your stay) who are the best! Very friendly household, we keep it chill during the week days and are normally out with friends or at events on the weekends! We don’t mind if you have company/guests over, just reach out to the other roomies and let them know if necessary.

Utilities are normally about $ but I can cover anything after $. Great area located near Abbott Kinney (about a 5 min walk), but still a calm neighborhood vibe with not much noise. About a minute walk to the beach 🏖️
