We are a family of four—myself, my wife, and our two teenage children—who have recently immigrated to the United States as permanent residents (Green holders). We are currently seeking a rental home in the Boston area.

Although we are new to the U.S. and do not yet have an established credit score, we each have valid Social Security Numbers and Green Cards, and are in the process of building our credit profile responsibly.

I am employed as a Director of Food and Beverage onboard a boutique cruise line, a position I’ve held for many years. I have stable, verifiable income that comfortably supports my family’s living expenses. In addition, my brother—who has been a U.S. citizen residing in Virginia for over years—is willing to serve as a guarantor or co-signer if required.

As my wife has some walking difficulty, we would prefer a unit on the first floor or in a building with elevator access.

We are respectful tenants, financially reliable, and looking for a safe, family-friendly home to begin this new chapter of our lives.
