Private BD & BA in Beautiful Condo

I have two rooms available in my condo located right behind Westgate Entertainment District & i’m looking to get them filled ASAP. they both have their own bathrooms and i’m looking for someone to pay $ a month with utilities included and possibly a small portion of the Internet from time to time. i’m twenty one so i’d prefer someone in their ’s or early thirties, i don’t really have many guests come by too often and the neighborhood is quiet and gated. No credit/ background check and i offer the ability to do month to month at the same rate for those who just need a temporary stay.
