bath, renting out the 2nd bedroom. Its a private bathroom. There is a patio area, a dishwasher, and a washer machine in the unit. There is no carpet in the unit. It is a second story unit. There is a pool on the apartment property. The complex is not too far from the usf area. Ideally, I am looking for a roomate who doesn't like having company over often. Someone with thier own means of transportation. Ideally no guests sleeping over unless related. Someone ok with ethnic food being cooked in the house sometimes and the frequent smell of insence burning. I often use sound bowls and bells in the home too, so sometimes can get noisey. Looking for someone comfortable having clear communication when necessary. ok with pets just weary of the dynamics of how that would affect my current esa dogs depending on the animal. ok with exotic animals. Ideally no other dogs. I prefer non tobacco smokers if you do smoke, Marijuana is ok. relatively very laid back and keep to myself. Need a roomate before sept th.
