Hello, my name is Dolar. I am an international student (F1 ) in Santa Cruz and also working as a Night Auditor at Marriott International.

I am looking for a small private room near the Boardwalk/Downtown area (I don’t have a car). My budget is limited since I am for my university fees, but I am clean, respectful, and quiet due to my night work schedule.

I am also happy to assist with computer work, paperwork, or light household help in exchange for reduced rent.

I Don't Smoke, Don't Drink ,No party, No pets, No tattoos.
