* Furnished plant room
* shared bath = shared cleaning and supplying responsibilities (hand soap, tp, cleaning supplies).
* Tons of shed storage
* 5 acre yard with fruit trees
* Bring your own dishes but can use shared appliances
* House has a cat - no other large pets allowed (small allowed like lizard, spider, snake, fish, etc). Sorry past roommates ruined the floors and they’ve been replaced.
* I’m only home half the time as I travel for work.
* Must get along with current roommate as she’s home more than I.
* Electric, internet, and yard work included in cost.
* Shared dump visits
* No deposit required = must pay for any damages.
* Clean house = must keep common and shared spaces clean

* No indoor smoking
* must pay for app for communication
