• Shared full bathroom (with shower) upstairs
• You'll share the upstairs shower with one male family for the first month— after that, the bathroom will be yours exclusively.

The Home:
• Shared with one other occupant (male family )
• One friendly, well-behaved dog in the home *must be okay living with dogs*
• Shared kitchen and common areas
• Clean, respectful, and quiet living environment
• Wi-Fi and utilities not included in rent (split evenly)

Ideal roommate:

• Responsible, tidy, and easygoing
• Comfortable living with a dog and sharing a home with one male occupant
• Respects shared spaces and pays rent on time
