Student with some animals.

Description

I'm a student at Uni, I need a place to stay with my cat, two rats (caged) and a fish, I do smoke but only outdoors, I don't party, do drugs, or have people over often. I'll be working a job and doing full time school, so being home will be a rare besides for eating, sleeping and caring for myself and my animals plus studying.
I will provide anything asked for (like criminal record check), I'm years old.
