I am renting out a room in my 2br Apt. The apt is four miles from Sac City College, to Sac State, ten mins from CRC and twenty mins to ARC, ten mins from Delta shores shopping center, and fifteen from the heart of downtown sac.

Hundred and fifty per month with same as security deposit/ last month, plus half utilities and internet; with full equal roommate privileges. I have a dog (half Dalmatian-half Border Collie) so you must be pet friendly and I am very four-twenty friendly. Utilities are usually no more than a hundr3d total, and I pay a hundo and fve
per month for ninee hundo mbps high speed streamer internet. Both of which you’d pay half of. With internet being optional. The room is available as of September first.
