We are two professional Christian roommates (an actor and a professor) who value a clean, quiet, and respectful living environment. The professor works on location and travels several times per month so he is hardly there. It will basically be you and the other roommate.

Cleanliness is a Priority: We maintain exceptionally clean common areas. We are looking for someone who not only cleans up after themselves but actively participates in keeping shared spaces tidy. A significant rent reduction is available for a roommate who shares these high standards.

No-Shoes Policy: We do not wear shoes inside the apartment.

Guest Policy: We do not accommodate overnight romantic guests.

Non-Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking environment.

Kitchen Use: We generally avoid frying or cooking foods with very strong odors.
