NEED SOMEONE TO SUBLEASE ROOM ASAP!

Hi guys I just recently moved out of waco and I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Grove in Waco. It’s a one year lease and it’s a bath yes you will have two roommates but you only share the living room and kitchen. It’s a nice apartment and has a gym, library area to study,a pool,basketball court and sand volleyball court and a bbq area. Rent is $ and utilities is split between everyone evenly.Its right off of Baylors campus also and has a shuttle that will shuttle you to campus if you are a student at Baylor or an upcoming student. If you know anyone who would be interested please let me know I will give you any information you need about it and if you are wanting it I will tell you how to go about taking over my lease!
