Hi! We’re a small, stable family of adults and our 1-year-old son) looking for a long-term rental we can call home. We’re open to a private house, trailer/manufactured home, or an apartment, as long as it’s safe, family-friendly, and within our budget of $/month.

We’ve been together for over years, are financially responsible, and always pay rent on time. Stability is very important to us—we’re not looking for a short stop, but a place where we can settle in, create memories, and raise our son.

We take pride in treating any space like our own—keeping it clean, cared for, and respectful of both the property and neighbors. We don’t smoke, and we value quiet, community-minded living.

Ideally, we’d love a home with access to parks, stores, and safe surroundings for our son to grow up in. If you’re seeking reliable, long-term tenants who will treat your property with respect and consistency, we’d love to connect!
