Need immediate move in Hermosa Bch.

Hello! My name is Cole and I am looking for an immediate move-in, or as close to immediate, as possible, near Hermosa Beach. I am a professional ballroom and Latin dancer, and I manage a dance studio that is in Hermosa Beach. Unfortunately, the place that I moved into my roommate, never verified with the landlord that they took secondary tenants so I’ve been put in a very difficult situation. However, I’m optimistic and I look forward to finding a roommate or living situation that will fit. I am a very kind person. I love people of all walks of life, I am gay, but I have had roommates that are straight gay, and everything in between I can’t be a social person, but I do like a lot of private time because my job is so social however I am very friendly and love to get to know people more. I love animals so if you have all the animals in the world, it is a good thing but if you have none, that’s OK too. Ideally would be somewhere that I could walk or get an electric scooter or bicycle or something like that to my work so that’s why I say Hermosa Beach or Redondo Beach or Manhattan Beach would be ideal, but since I am in bind, I am willing to go further for the right place. I’m very quiet in the mornings and I actually do most of my work after 5 PM on weekdays and on weekends. I have to make my schedule around when my students who have normal jobs can take lessons, so I often don’t get off until or midnight if I have anything to do in the studio.
