We shouldn’t have to win a lottery for access to affordable housing. It should be affordable to everyone. I’m a well traveled, free spirit, minimalist, working in film and television production for years, looking for a private bedroom with access to bathroom, kitchen, living room. Profile pic . Age is just a number. It’s more about individuals, experience, and open minds. I feel we learn more the wider our tribe. I’m a great roommate with references. I have experience living with females and males. Home is my sanctuary for peace, relaxing, and recharging. I prefer a home that’s drama-free, clean, quiet, and free of heavy traffic. I’m respectful of people and shared spaces. I never bring a party home, I never leave a sink full of dirty dishes, I chip in for shared products and cleaning, and I won’t have a partner sleeping over 3+ nights a week. I like similar roommates. I’ve been freelancing in film, television, photo, events for many years in the Art Department. I work on IATSE union projects like The Equalizer, Long Bright River, The Punisher series and films, The Union, Hustlers, Paterson. I don’t work from home and I have time off between projects. My free time is spent with arts, creativity, nature, friends, family, exploring, learning, traveling. IMPORTANT: roommates must be communicative, drama-free, mature, NON-passive aggressive, responsible, respectful of all people and shared spaces. Please clean after yourself, don’t let your dirty dishes pile up in the sink, and contribute to cleaning and buying shared products. I prefer a smoke free shared spaces.
