Looking for a 1 bed w/ private bath

Hi! I am looking for a private room with a private bathroom in Irvine/Newport Beach.
I'm and work full-time Monday through Saturday, 8am through 6pm in retail. I am transferring to UCI and don't drink, smoke, or party. I don't have any pets. I clean after using the kitchen and try to tidy up the common areas I'm in. I also maintain my space clean. My hobbies consist of watching movies, reading, and shopping. I'm looking for a long-term rental, perhaps for a year. My credit score is. I prefer all female roommates. No Coed.
