Terms:
-Renter must pay the 1st of the month no exceptions.
-First and last will be charged non-refundable upon signing lease. Along with a security deposit of $.
-Any damages caused by tenants guest will be taken out of security deposit. IF no damages are caused security deposit will be returned in full.
-Background/Credit check will be required prior to signing lease.
-Renter MUST pay $ for background/credit check non-refundable.
-No smoking inside, no loud noises after pm, large gatherings of 5 or more must be approved by landlord, any changes or alterations of shared spaces must be approved by landlord.
