Looking for a Roommate for December

Hi, I'm a professional currently working at Padre Island National Seashore who has found, over the last year, that living without a roommate is not financially viable. I am a very social person and love to hangwith friends. However, I do not party. I do NOT want a roommate who wants to party the night away. I am just a park ranger who is trying to survive with rising prices. I am a huge nerd and love playing ttrpgs. My current lease is up at the end of December. I need to know I have someone interested in being my roommate before I start looking for two bedroom apartments unfortunately. I have a cat so you would have to be ok with him in the apartment. The rent and utilities would be split in half evenly. I prefer a female roommate as I am a female.
