Looking for roommate

Hi! I’m looking for someone to rent out the downstairs bedrooms and private bathroom in my house, starting October 1. I live in South Asheville, right off of Hendersonville rd about minutes from downtown. We would share the communal living room and kitchen, I also have a one car garage. Rent would be $/month plus utilities, water is included in rent. I have 2 dogs Piglet and Betty, unfortunately no more pets are allowed. if you have any questions feel free to dm me! Thank you
