Looking for a room/roommate

Hi everyone! I’ll be moving to NYC for a new job from Dallas.

Looking for a roommate / place to rent in Manhattan, with lease start in late November / early December.

Preferred locations are: FiDi, Chelsea, Hell’s Kitchen, and Hudson Yards (pretty much anywhere in south/southwest of Manhattan). My target budget is ~$3k each (or less).

A little about me - I’m years old and have lived in Dallas for the past 3 years. Moved after graduating from Cal Poly SLO in . I’m a pretty social guy, in my free time I like running/lifting, trying new food, hanging out with friends, and traveling (most recent trip was Iceland’s ring road). As a roommate, I’m a clean and organized guy. Work should keep me pretty busy at first, will be in person 5 days/week.

Really excited about moving to NYC and making it my new home.
