Mechanized, but furnishing is not essential

Elevator required if above the 1st floor

Balcony

Preferably with dishwasher

Budget: up to HUF

And lastly open contract with a minimum duration of months after this both parties can terminate the contract with a 2 months notice period and a yearly price revision to match the price fluctuations in the market.
