Private room and bath! Bellevue

Description

We would prefer a month lease but can do a 6 month. LEASE CAN START SEPTEMBER OR OCTOBER th.
Rent is due on the first of every month, the deposit is one month’s rent. Utilities are split 3 ways and typically come to $/mo per person. This includes; wifi, water, gas, and electricity. The room is located at Eagle Ridge at the Reserve in Bellevue, Nashville TN. One mile to I and one mile to Hwys where everything you could need is at in the square.

It is a 3 story end unit with driveway parking. (1st floor) Ground level room is the tenant bedroom with its own outdoor patio, and full bath. TENANT BEDROOM IS FRESHLY RENOVATED; new floors, paint, shower/bathroom and closet. Spacious storage closet in bottom foyer as well.
(2nd floor) Shared space is the second floor; living room, 2nd floor porch, kitchen, and half bath, washer and dryer room. Living room is furnished and has mounted TV and fireplace, and pullout couch for guests. Kitchen is furnished.
There is a nice gym and pool at the clubhouse next to mailboxes. Gym is . There is a guest parking lot less than ft away from the unit. Double wide driveway parking in front of garage. No pets is preferred but we might compromise based on the situation. We have a 1 year old Basenji named Lady.

About the roomies
We are a yo(female) and yo(male) couple sharing the 3rd floor bedroom and bathroom and are looking for a nice roommate with stable income to take the bottom floor room. Between work and school we both are pretty busy people just hoping to find a chill and responsible roommate. thanks!
