Hello! We’re Lance and Victor, a married couple moving from Dallas, Texas to Florida. We’re excited to start this new chapter in our lives and are looking for a comfortable bedroom to rent.

We’re both very friendly, down-to-earth, and hardworking people. We enjoy a laid-back lifestyle, and when we’re not working, we love spending time together and with our sweet dog, Marley (she’s a beautiful and well-behaved girl).

We’ll make great tenants—we’re respectful, clean, and easy to get along with. We’re looking for a place where we can feel at home while we get settled in Florida.
