Hey! I’m looking for a female subletter for Fall Quarter (September–December) to take my spot in a double at Midvale. As of now there is no other subletter in the room. However, you’d be sharing the apartment with my super sweet and fun and sweet roommates, Lucia, Mora, and Avery. Everyone’s super friendly and easy to get along with!
The room is fully furnished with a full-size bed, vanity, closet, private bathroom, and even a balcony. The apartment itself is spacious with a huge living room and kitchen, in-unit laundry, and lots of great amenities like package receiving, gated access, bike storage, and a BBQ area. It’s just a block from campus and super convenient.
