In this spacious bathroom home, resides myself and my year old daughter. We typically stay to ourselves and we both work first shift. We are laid back, open to hanging outs/chats, etc. We like to play board games and enjoy meals together. We have a 7 year old dog, Blue, who is very people friendly and does his own thing the majority of the time. We are looking for a roommate who is sociable, clean and respectful.

We are looking for a roommate to share our home. This is a spacious private room with a shared bathroom (The home is kept clean and neat at all times). The room comes with high speed internet. There is also a garage, driveway, or street parking . The backyard is completely fenced in. The neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming. We are located a communicable distance which is about minutes South of Charlotte. Proof of income and background check is required.
