Parking available with attached 2 car garage. This unit has central AC, heating and spacious backyard with fruit trees. In unit laundry located in the garage. No smoking or drugs.

I will be staying in the master bedroom located in the upper level. I am years old and a working professional. I am looking for a respectful, clean, and quiet female roommate. 6 month lease then option to renew month to month. Looking for a working professional or student around the age range . I will conduct basic tenant credit history and past rental history. Must show proof of income and be ready to pay security deposit and rent. Rent is $/month, deposit $.
