Moving to Sacramento in October

Description

Looking for a room to rent. Planning on moving to Sacramento in late Sept/early Oct. Would prefer my own bathroom but not a requirement.

Looking at places in/around midtown, Curtis Park, Land Park areas.

I leave shared common areas the way I found them i.e.wash dishes after use, clean countertops/stove, pick up trash etc.

For hobbies I enjoy seeing new movies in theaters, playing pickleball, hiking, watching/playing sports, traveling and trying new foods at said travel destinations.
