Looking for roommate LA area!:)

Hello all! I am looking for a place as I am moving out of my family home.
I am looking for a min 1 year living situation, no gender preferences though LGBT friendly
Prefer if utilities were included but am open to placed without!
I work full time and spend most days off with my partner (who will occasionally show up to annoy me :)) but I promise they will not be a bother and over often. I will be gone a few days of the week on my days off though:)
This would be my first place moving in to, so I have no renters history but can provide proof of income and pay extra in deposit if necessary as I do not have a credit score as well.
