The available room is a spacious, fully furnished bedroom with a queen-size bed, large closet, a lockable bedroom door with key, large 6 drawer bathroom vanity (not shared), and bathroom shower/toilet (shared).

The home has one sweet resident cat, so unfortunately no additional pets are allowed. The home is a smoke-free, vape-free, and drug-free environment.

The house is in a great location—walking distance to Koelbel Library, the grocery store, and the beautiful High Line Canal trail. It’s a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors; there’s plenty of space to unwind privately or socialize. :)

First and last month’s rent are due at lease signing, and a required background check helps ensure a safe and respectful living environment for us both.
