My Name is Jonathan Paul Smith II, but I go by Johnny. I currently reside in San Francisco and will be moving to Los Angeles in October for work. I work for Warner Bros. as a Talent Acquisition Agent. My Job is a Hybrid position, and it requires travel often. I am a very clean-cut, organized person with a laid-back vibe. I love music, live events, food, creating content for social media, and shopping. I'm looking for a space where I can feel at home. I believe in being respectful and honest with everyone, so I need a roommate who has the same values.

I can pay up to 6 months’ rent up front, as my job will be for my accommodations.

I don't have a criminal record, nor do I engage in any nefarious activities. So please be upfront about your lifestyle. Also, I'm Single and I want my roommate to be ok with me having guests stay overnight occasionally.

Lastly, I love to cook. Love pets even though I don't have a pet.
