Looking for 1 single (NO couples/duos) quiet and respectful tenant.
Offering a private room inside a house in north OC (La Palma). Room comes with a bed, dresser, and closet. Restroom is mostly private (recently repainted white). No pets or guests allowed. No drinking or smoking. No loud tv/party music. Prefer someone who does not cook a lot but can still use kitchen (landlord uses the kitchen a lot). Shared living spaces: 2 living room and a spacious backyard. Laundry unit available.
Plenty of street parking available! Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Quiet hours in the middle of the night everyone is sleeping. Kitchen will be off limits during sleeping hours out of respect for everyone.

1 month rent for security deposit. MUST
