Responsible student w steady income

Description

I’m a student at John Jay studying forensic psychology and I also work part-time, so I’ve got steady income and always make sure rent is covered on time.

I’m looking for a place that feels safe and comfortable — somewhere I can focus on school, relax after long days, and feel at home. I keep things clean and organized, and I definitely respect shared spaces. I’m not the type to leave dishes piled up or blast music when people are trying to sleep.

During the week I’m usually out most of the day between school and work, so I won’t be around . When I am home, I like to study, cook something simple, or just chill. I don’t really party, but I do like hanging out with friends sometimes. Overnight guests would be rare. i know living with others is about balance, so i’ll always do my part to make things easy and comfortable for everyone.
