Room for Rent near CSUN & freeways

Description

We have 1 room available in our -bathroom house starting October . Rent is $/month plus utilities, with a $ security deposit.

You’ll be sharing the home with 3 male roommates, aged . Common spaces include a living room, kitchen, dining area, and a big yard (not much in it, but plenty of space!).

I apologize, but we cannot have any additional pets in the home. We currently have 2 indoor cats and a part-time small pup. Sort of a split custody thing where he is here for a couple of months and then gone for a couple of months. If you have a small caged/tanked pet, we can discuss that.

Utilities:
• Gas is usually under $/month per person.
• DWP averages about $ months (solar panels help keep the cost low).
