Room for Rent

Description

This room is not for everyone. We have a dog (pit) and two kitties. Roommates do smoke marijuana in their bedrooms. We all have very different schedules. Everyone tries their best to be courteous and respectful of one anothers schedule but if you are a light sleeper this is not a good option for you. The only rules are common knowledge and courtesy everyone should know and practice: clean up after yourself, be considerate and respectful. Everyone pitches in and buys toilet paper, cleaning supplies, ect.
Looking for a roommate who is easy going, respects privacy, and is able to pay the full amount of rent on time every month.

Kitchen has stove, microwave, toaster oven, fridge/freezer space, pantry space. You are welcome to use the pots/pans, plates, cups, &silverware (must wash your dishes)
