2 Adults and a Service Dog!

Hello!

My fiancée and I are looking to rent an apartment in or around Vancouver (within miles). We are in our mid twenties, quiet and responsible, and enjoy keeping a tidy space. We've both lived locally our whole lives, with myself having recently graduated from WSU-V with my bachelor's in biology and my fiancée registering for nursing prerequisites. I work as a veterinary assistant and TA a developmental biology lab, along with horse care on the weekends.

Our budget at the moment is a bit tighter as my fiancée is getting back into work after having to take medical leave, and they do have a medical alert service dog. He's a Rottweiler with a wonderful personality and who adores other dogs, cats, and large animals. We can provide updated vaccination records and character references for him, as we are aware that, while as a service dog, he does have access rights, there are still many people who are a bit wary about Rottweilers.
