The room is a large fully furnished room, with a large private bathroom.

There is a queen bed, with 2 bedside cabinets (with touch activated lights and charger ports), with 2 lamps, and an outlet is located next to the bed for convenience.

The bed has two drawers for storage at the end of it.
By the bed, there are 2 windows, both have white blinds & curtains.
There is a large dresser with 6 drawers and a mirror.

There is a 5ft fridge with freezer in it, long black desktop-space and black office chair, a microwave, a cold-and-hot water dispenser, and a coffee machine provided.

WiFi/Internet is also provided at no cost.

The bathroom is in the room, with a large vanity with drawers, toilet with bidet, and wide standing shower.

It’s a single story house with a driveway available for use.

Area:

Safe, quiet area. We are located in the heart of it.

Police station, post office, town library, and neighborhood park all within walking distance.

- Public transit / bus stops within walking distance as well.

Major grocery & food/brunch chains, and various gas stations/marts within 5 minutes of driving.

Drive a little further and there is Ocean County Mall, Ocean County College, Ocean Medical Center Hospital, and an airport.

We are looking for employed tenants.

Smoking, drinking (& bringing any alcohol substances inside the house), and inviting guests to the property are not permitted.

Security deposit is non-refundable.

Payment is every week or every two weeks. The tenant can choose.
