Hi, I’m Devin. I’m looking for a clean, comfortable room to rent in the Ontario area with a budget of up to $/month. I work full-time, stay pretty busy, and I’m very respectful of shared spaces.

Lifestyle-wise, I keep things neat and organized, and I’m easy to live with. I’m social but not a big partier, and I like to keep my home space peaceful. I’m fine with roommates as long as everyone communicates and respects boundaries. Overnight guests wouldn’t be a frequent thing for me.

What I’m looking for:
• Private room with reasonable shared access to kitchen/laundry
• Safe and accessible neighborhood (ideally near South Milliken Ave / Ontario area)
• Roommates who value cleanliness and reliability


I’m looking to move in soon and plan on staying at least 6 months or longer if it’s a good fit.
