Looking for one roommate to fill a room. It is a shared bathroom and fully furnished home for the rest of the house except the room obviously. Both of us are military as well and lead a quiet lifestyle. I do have a son which we have so I just need a respectful individual when I have my son. Other than that’s really all I ask is to be mindful of that. My home is your home. There is also access to grill and a smoker as well.

Room is available immediately.

Looking for $ plus utilities split among 3 exception of camera system (that is my own addition and not making roommates pay for that)
