Room for Rent (Female Only)

One bedroom is available in a fully furnished .5-bath apartment. The room comes with a private bathroom (located just outside the bedroom). The apartment is in a lovely area with access to a park, pool, and jacuzzi. Currently, the apartment is shared by one female tenant and a small dog.

Rent: $/month
Deposit: Equal to one month’s rent ($)

Rent includes all utilities—water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and in-unit washer/dryer. Pets are welcome, provided they are well-supervised and do not damage the furniture.

We are looking for a responsible female roommate. No kids, no overnight guests. Prefer working professionals who do not work from home. This is a non-smoking, drug-free, and quiet home (no parties).
